Lying Unprofessionals
We recently purchased a 5pc bedroom set plus mattress/box spring for my daughter, paid in cash at the store. The staff in the store was very helpful and pleasant at the time.
Although when it came to getting it delivered things went badly. We were told everything would be here Thursday that week and I would receive a text and email confirmation Tuesday, which I did. Although the email did not have all the items listed so I call confirm that I would receive the full order. The man I spoke with at the New Albany location was very rude responding “if we have it in stock you will get it”.
When I asked if he could check that it was all in stock I was placed on a ten minute hold after a lot of grumbling (this was a surprise for our daughter, we didn’t want half a set delivered). He assured me that it was all ready and they would be here. I would get a time Wednesday he said. At the end of the day Wednesday I had not received a time so I called back to be told that no, they don’t call until the day of with a time.
Ok, I waited. Thursday rolled around and by 1230 I had not heard from them. When I called the store the first time no one responded when they picked up the phone, instead they hung right up. The second time the manager answered just to tell there was a issue with the computer system and my order was not coming.
I asked why they hadn’t called sooner instead of letting me wait all morning. Apparently no one wanted to call me. The manager said he would call me right back and let me know how they would fix it. 2 hours later I called them and again spoke with the manager would said they would give me 10% back for the trouble but they didn’t do cash back and he had already placed a check in the mail for me.
After waiting on hold for another 15 minutes he said he would call me back by 5 with a delivery time for the next morning. At 530 I still had not heard from them and my husband call. The second manager assured my husband we would have a “special delivery” the next morning meaning a truck with just our order would be here first thing, before 11 am and they would call us around 9 with a better time. At 1045 we still hadn’t heard from them so once again we called them.
This time we were connected to the Louisville warehouse where the woman was very nice and told me that no, there was NO computer issue, the store just screwed up and lied to us and she assured me that she would forwarded this issue to corporate and they would contact me. We finally received our order after 1 pm. Although I had to go to the hardware store to get the bolts for the bed, they do not provide those! Even though it was a couple of dollars it was a hassle to pay for delivery and set up just to be told they don’t provide everything needed.
So now over a month later we still have not received a phone call following up nor have we received that check that the manager had “already placed in the mail”.
Stay away from the New Albany location, they are incompetent and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.

Purchased a loveseat & Couch 1year and a half ago the cushions started to sag bad them came and stuffed it .it lasted 2 months they came again 2nd time did the same thing NOW ITS DOUBF THE SAME THING THE 3RD TIME I JUST WANT A DIFFETENT STYLE SAME PRICES BUT THEY SAID NO NOW THEY ARE GOING TO COME FOR THE 3RD! TIME AND FIX IT THEY ARE A PIECE OF JUNK REALLY ITS BONDED LEATHER CHEAP CHEAP!!
SO WE WILL SEE I AM TELLING DO NOT SHOP THERE FOR ANYTJING ITS ALL JUNK!!!!!
SO IF IT BREAKS DOWN 3RD TIME I WILL GET IT REPLACED BUT I WILL GO TO SAMS FURNITURE NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 3 TO 4 WEEKS FOR THEM TO COME OUT SO NO LOVESEAT OR COUCH TO SIT ON ?? ITS ALL USED FIXED UP JUNK
Bad business
I had a layaway with furniture liquidators which is now Ffo home furniture guess during the process of them changing over they had gotten rid of all the old furniture including the furniture that I had in layaway! But nothing was never brought to my attention when this happened! I only found out about it when I called to set up a delivery date I was told that they could not find half of my furniture that I had paid off and they acted as if it was nothing two days have passed since the incident and I have yet to hear back from anyone about the situation I move into my home in five days and I feel that the situation has not been taken serious I've even called the district manager and left a message but haven't heard anything as of yet

Same thing is happening to me at the sedalia MO , they fixed my couch but is not fixed .....I do not recommend FFO to anyone....... The quality of their furniture are not good .
Sad to trust them !!!
Nebraska furniture is way better I will no longer shop with them. And I will report them and their warranty to BBB
